Eric Sean believes that it takes on average 21-30 days for a habit to form. He also feels that once that habit has formed, the mind needs at least an additional month to really accept the new lifestyle change that has been established. Eric believes in teamwork and wants to walk hand in hand with you during your most critical time of change, the beginning. There is an old saying " Let us watch well your beginnings, the results will manage themselves". Through this program, Eric wants to make sure that your beginning is grounded inconcrete vs sand.

This is a 6-month body composition makeover which involves working online with Eric Sean and following his individual meal plan and workout plan. Not only will you lose weight over a 6-month period but you will also build muscle and lose a tremendous amount of body fat. Eric firmly believes that over a period of six months, with the help of his coaching and guidance, you will not only form healthy habits but also be in a position to create a sustainable lifestyle change.

Regardless of your location or time zone,the coaching call is usually on me, but there are a few exceptions. Outside of the U.S and Canada, there could be some additional cost if you don’t have Skype, or you have the option of calling me.
